- Go to the IGNOU official website www.ignou.ac.in.

- When you click on Student Support, more options will open below it. Click on “Student Zone” from these options.
- Now you will see all the options of Student Zone. Click on the “Admission” option from these options.
- Clicking on Admission will open a new page. You will see many options on this page. You have to click on “GET CONFIRMATION ON YOUR REGISTRATION BY NAME” on this page.
- After this you will be taken to a new page. You will have to fill in some details on this page such as Name, Program Applied For, Regional Center, Date Of Birth.
- After filling up all your details, click on the “Submit” button below.
- Clicking on Submit will show you your details including your Enrollment Number. You can note your Enrollment Number from here.
- If you want to see all your details related to IGNOU, click on the Enrollment Number that is given.
- As soon as you click on the Enrollment Number, all your details related to IGNOU will open in front of you. From here you can get a lot of information along with your IGNOU Enrollment Number.
2. Through IGNOU Regional Center
You can also contact your IGNOU regional center to get your enrollment number.
You will need to provide your name, date of birth, and program name.
The regional center staff will be able to look up your enrollment number and provide it to you.
3. Through IGNOU Helpline
You can also call the IGNOU helpline at 011-29535353 or 1800-102-2345.
The helpline staff will be able to help you find your enrollment number.
4. Through Email
You can also send an email to [email protected] to get your enrollment number.
In your email, include your name, date of birth, and program name.
The IGNOU team will reply to your email with your enrollment number.
5. Through SMS
You can also send an SMS to 51969 to get your enrollment number.
In your SMS, type IGNOU<space>ENROLLMENT<space>your name.
You will receive an SMS with your enrollment number.
