On the other hand, in IGNOU, the Admit Card is called a Hall Ticket, there is no difference or difference between the two. In its exam, it is necessary to take the IGNOU Hall Ticket to the exam center. Your Hall Ticket contains all the information like your Enrollment Number, Control Number, Name, Exam Center Code, Exam Center Address, Exam Date and Time.
So now we know that the word Hall Ticket is used in place of Admit Card in IGNOU.

How to Download IGNOU Hall Ticket/ Admit Card
Downloading your Hall Ticket is very easy. Just follow these steps:
- Go to the official IGNOU website: www.ignou.ac.in
- In the menu bar, click on the “Student Support” option.
- When you click on the Student Support option, you will see a few more options below it. Click on the “Results” option.
- You will now be on the IGNOU Results page. On the left side of this page, you will see a “Hall Ticket/ Admit Card” option. Click on this option.
- You will now see all the links related to Hall Tickets. Here you will find the link related to your exam (if it has been uploaded). Click on that link.
- As soon as you click on the link related to your exam, you will be redirected to a new page. On this page, you will have to fill up 2 pieces of information.
- Enter your nine-digit enrollment number in the upper box.
- After that, you have to select your program. To do this, click on “–Select–” and select your program.
- After filling up both your details, click on “Submit”.
- As soon as you click on Submit, your Hall Ticket will appear in front of you. From here you can download it and also print it.
In this way, you can easily download and print your Hall Ticket. Your Hall Ticket contains all the information like your Enrollment Number, Control Number, Name, Exam Centre Code, Exam Centre address, Exam Date and Time. - Go to the official IGNOU website www.ignou.ac.in
- Then, Go to the “Register Online” Option in the menu bar.

Exam start date and duration
The IGNOU June Term End Examination (TEE) 2024 is scheduled to commence on June 7th and will continue until July 13th, 2024. The examinations will be conducted in two sessions each day – a morning session from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and an evening session from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. However, before reporting any clashes, students should ensure that the courses in question are not from the same group, are not backlog courses from different years/semesters, and do not belong to different programs of study, as these scenarios do not constitute clashes.

As mentioned above, keep visiting the official website of Indira Gandhi National Open University and once the Hall Ticket is available, download or print it and keep it safe. If you think that you will download it 1 or 2 days before the exam, you will face a problem. IGNOU has a large number of students all over the world, due to which its website server goes down and no option works. In this condition, you will not be able to download or print your Hall Ticket later.
